Judicial Opinion
Your judicial opinion is due the day after you hear your case. Your opinion should use this format:
1. Important details of the case
2. Question that the case presents to the court
3. Relevant precedents --how did the precedent/cases that were presented relate to the case?
4. Your ruling: how you answer the question presented to the court.
You should be able to complete this in a well written page.
